Public Speaking Workshop

The Public Speaking Workshop, organized by IEEE ENSIT SIGHT in collaboration with IEEE ENSIT SB, was led by Refka Guessmi, a passionate communicator dedicated to personal growth at ENSIT. The session helped members build confidence, overcome stage fear, and enhance their communication skills. Participants learned key techniques through interactive exercises and real-time feedback. Refka shared motivating insights that encouraged attendees to speak with clarity, purpose, and authenticity. This workshop strengthened members? soft skills and contributed to their professional development within IEEE. The event recorded a total of 89 attendees: 88 IEEE members and 1 guest.
