On 23 March 2025, our Humanovators Online Bootcamp started with the first session titled "Building a Startup for Humanitarian Innovation" led by the amazing Nour Sbaoulji. This engaging session highlighted the crucial need to align business initiatives with significant social impact, inspiring participants to draw lessons from authentic human experiences in tackling urgent global issues .
session 2: Startup Blueprint
On 24 March 2025,We hosted an engaging session, led by IEEE SIGHT Tunisia Section Chair Amira Ouerfelli , she guided participants through a comprehensive exploration of entrepreneurship and startup development. The discussion covered key foundational aspects including:Entrepreneurial Mindset, Market Research, Financial Research and BMC. The session was interactive and insight-driven, equipping attendees with practical tools and strategies to start transforming their innovative ideas into impactful, sustainable startups.
session 3: Liquid Intelligence
On 25 March 2025,We hosted a hands-on session led by IEEE SIGHT Tunisia Section Chair, Amira Ouerfelli, participants explored the intersection of technology and water sustainability, with a strong focus on real-world applications and innovations.Key topics covered included : IoT and Embedded Systems, Water Quality Monitoring, Microcontrollers & Coding and AI & Machine Learning ToolsThe session equipped attendees with both theoretical insights and practical skills to develop innovative, tech-based solutions for water related challenges?empowering them to become true Humanovators.
session 4: Intro to Underwater Robotic
On 26 March 2025, Mohamed Amine Ben Helal presented an insightful workshop on Underwater Robotics. The presentation covered the definition and types of underwater robots including Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs), Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) and hybrid vehicles. It highlighted their applications in scientific discovery, industrial uses, defense and search and rescue missions.Attendees of this workshop gained foundational knowledge in underwater robotics, encompassing robot types, movement, navigation, sensors, and communication. They also explored real world applications and case studies, providing a comprehensive overview of the field that may help them in their Ideathon solution for our events.
