CTRL + ALT + CAREER

A professional development webinar titled CTRL + ALT + Career was organized to help students prepare for their careers and understand industry expectations. The event focused on recruitment, essential engineering skills, and career growth strategies. The first session, led by Ms. Ibtissem Malouche (HR at ACTIA Engineering Services and Head of Skills Development at Sofrecom), provided insights into CV writing, interview preparation, and professional development. The second session featured Ms. Sarah Jabri, who shared practical advice on optimizing LinkedIn profiles, building a personal brand, and standing out to recruiters. The webinar reached over 50 students from four universities, contributing to the IEEE Computer Society’s mission of fostering professional growth and preparing members for successful careers.
