Online Conference : Audits & Industrial Sustainability 01-08-2025

The Online Conference: "Audits & Industrial Sustainability" was organized by the IEEE IAS PES ENSIT Student Branch Joint Chapter, in partnership with the IEEE SIGHT group. Led by Mr. Noureddine Ben Yahia, an expert in industrial auditing and ISO standards, the session equipped engineering students with essential knowledge of ISO frameworks (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), audit strategies, sustainability metrics, and dashboard driven performance monitoring. Participants gained a clear understanding of how modern auditing practices and continuous improvement cycles can enhance both operational efficiency and environmental stewardship. The workshop highlighted practical applications of data visualization and audit tools, reinforcing responsible, quality focused engineering practices. This initiative aligns strongly with IEEE’s mission to drive technological innovation that benefits humanity by promoting industrial sustainability, empowering future engineers, and enabling socially responsible design.
